In the conclusion, you summarize the WebQuest for the students. Remind them
of
what they have learned and how to apply it. You can add extra
reading or more links here. Make sure the links are relevant.
A key with many instructional strategies similar to WebQuests is
getting students to reflect on what they have done and learned. By
doing so, they can put the WQ into a larger context, understand what
they have accomplished, and retain the knowledge and skills longer.
The conclusion can be an opportunity for you to encourage such
reflection. Ask questions, point out connections, try to get them to
think a little.
