One of the key characteristics of any web page is how long it takes to download. Most people are unwilling to wait long for a web page to arrive at their computer. Microsoft FrontPage 2002 shows the download time for a given connection speed in the lower right hand corner of the window.

The default connection speed is a 28.8 bps modem, but you can change that. Go to the Tools menu... Options. Select the Reports View tab and use the drop down menu to change the default connection speed.

The page with a 68 second download time is probably too big, unless your students have broadband connections.
