| Asynchronous threaded discussions are a mainstay of
collaborating using the World Wide Web. There are many routes to using them,
including some of the other tools discussed here (e.g. Groove and WebCT).
One can also produce a simple discussion board using the Web development
software from Microsoft called FrontPage. To do this, the web must be
published to a server that runs the FrontPage Server Extensions.
Finally, the ITec program at KSU runs WebWhiz, another, more
full-featured discussion board.
